NOTES FROM SUPPLY NCO:

I know many Soldiers are having issues with gear and equipment. It’s an issue that is being worked at all levels. The transfer of new Soldier into the company, Soldiers returning for Basic/AIT has been creating a back log. We should have all equipment issues resolved by December’s drill.

NOTES FROM READINESS NCO:

I would like to introduce myself to those Soldiers that don’t already know who I am. I’m SFC Luttman and I will be the new Readiness NCO for the 442 MP Co. I used to be the Readiness NCO for the 442 MP Co prior to 1SG Huppert’s arrival, then I was transferred to the 101st Signal Battalion to be the Senior Human Resources NCO and now I’m back as the Readiness NCO for the 442 MP Co and will be deploying with the 442 MP Co…

I know I came back in the middle of a busy training cycle. I will not be around for November’s drill. I will be in ANCOC from 24 Oct 2009 till 23 Nov 2009. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know so I can resolve them prior to me leaving for ANCOC.

NOTES FROM THE COMMANDER:

The next Leaders meeting will be held on

05 November 2009 at 0600 hrs.

October was the busiest training month that we’ve had in preparation for mobilization to date. Over the next few months we need to take care of a few administrative requirements for mobilization. November will start the second SRP that the 442 will be conducting. Please prepare yourselves by starting to gather the necessary medical documentation you will require to be GREEN for mob.  November will also be packed with NCOER completion, MP focused training, drivers training and most importantly we will start the collection for our Annual Christmas Party!  Please come motivated and ready to tackle all of these objectives.  I appreciate all of your cooperation in the recently demanding training months and want to make sure you reap the benefits of training hard….so anyone interested in being added to the Christmas Party Committee please let me know.
